WHAT PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders will take usually between 3-5 working days (not Sundays) we pick, pack, double check and dispatch your order within 48 hours (extra 24 hours if you've ordered coffee beans or ground as these are roast to order). We post via Royal Mail using tracked service.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't arrived and its past 7 working days after you've received your dispatch email, please contact us on: triple9coffeeorders@hotmail.com with your order number.
All our orders have proof of postage and tracking available.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes you can but it has to be in the original condition we sent it out in (unopened), you will have to pay for the returns and possible for the new delivery (if you want to exchange). please contact us FIRST about your enquiry/order.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY:
If the order has been damaged during delivery, please email us with photos as this helps us reclaim the order with Royal Mail - this process can take up-to 15 working days once we receive the damaged items.
