Our Story

Triple Nine Coffee was founded in 2019 with a simple mission: to provide a high-quality, affordable alternative to overpriced commercial coffee and the instant options commonly found on supermarket shelves.

Having spent many years working in the emergency services and dealing with the demands of shift work, we knew firsthand how easy it was to rely on costly takeaway coffees or unhealthy energy drinks. It quickly became clear that there needed to be a better option—something convenient, great-tasting, and accessible.

Driven by this need, we began researching, testing, and learning everything we could about coffee. With the help of our colleagues—who became our very first tasters—we refined our blends and roasts, using surveys and feedback to perfect our offerings.

It was during this journey that we discovered a game-changing product: freshly ground coffee bags. They delivered all the flavour of great coffee without the hassle of machines or the expense of café prices. Convenient, mess-free, and designed for life on the go, we knew this was the future.

Since then, our focus has been on making exceptional coffee accessible to everyone, particularly those who serve in the UK Emergency Services, Armed Forces, and, of course, coffee lovers everywhere.
